This is my journey leading up to my first encounter with my first S.T.A.L.K.E.R scare. What did I get myself into? Bumping into bums with guns in the sewers..
So on the topic of Outlast and horror games I decided to play Penumbra: Black Plague, I got stuck on some parts but made it through alright. I actually never thought the game would have this many puzzles.
Also I got back into S.T.A.L.K.E.R since I haven’t made a video on that in ages, I encountered my first scare. Hahah I was confused, and was glad that I was recording it.
Yay, got my video editing software back up and running, it was quite a struggle to get it to rendered the way I wanted and it wasn’t till after I start uploading it I notice the video was darker near the end, I will do color corrections in the next video I put up.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow of Chernobyl Part 2! I was getting myself into trouble getting blown up left and right, I’d be lying if I said it didn’t take me a while to learn my lesson. My in-game sound was a bit too loud so it might be a bit hard to hear me, bear with me I still need to tweak options and editing, am working on it!
Update on the Left 4 Dead 2 video I kept talking about; I have the first part recorded already, I just need to edit, render and upload! So keep an eye out for that 🙂 Mr. Boom Boom is in it~
Will be uploading the Left 4 Dead 2 video to the Active Variety YouTube channel, if you haven’t seen the channel you’re welcome to head over and check out the videos that’s up there. Regarding the Active Variety channel.. It is not 100% up and running but we’ll be working on it.
It’s good to be back. Again I’m open to any suggestions or feedback don’t be afraid to be blunt or harsh. Promise I won’t hate 😛
Cleamie is missing in action? Not for long! I apologize guys that I haven’t been posting or updating, my computer ran into some trouble among other things in life, but I’m fixing it at the moment, hopefully be back before the weekend is over!
First I would like to take this moment and thank those who followed me, liked my posts and also I always appreciate those who left me some suggestions. Cupcakes for everyone! 😀
I felt horrible not blogging for the past 3-4 days! Since I can’t record/film at the moment I will be covering 1 or 2 topics gaming related blog post(s), to make it up to you guys, I hope you guys enjoy it!
Once I fix my computer and recover from gamer rage from not having a computer (jk) I will be uploading more S.T.A.L.K.E.R with a graphic mod to improve the graphics on the game, as well as Left 4 Dead that I’ve been looking forward to record for a while now.
So.. I recorded S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow of Chernobyl about 2 days ago, and I died 2-3 times.. I didn’t realize there isn’t an auto save in the game, I was speechless and just stopped recording without saying anything, I edited the video but I didn’t feel comfortable uploading an half-assed video so I started from scratch just for you guys! I promise I’m not slacking off! 😦
For those who don’t know S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow of Chernobyl, it’s a game that came out in 2007 published by THQ (R.I.P), took place in a 2nd nuclear disaster at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant where a second nuclear disaster occurred in 2006. “The Marked One” or “Stalker” is the character you’re playing as.. That is an illegal explorer/artifact scavenger. You’re able to trade and talk to the NPCs in game and get “quests”, kind of like an RPG but with a first-person shooter horror flair to it 🙂 Did I mention there are also mutants?
I’m still learning the game myself but I really like S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow of Chernobyl so far, I noticed there were “condition/durability” bar on the weapons which I find it cool makes it just a little bit more challenging. I really like the first-person shooter role playing feel to the game 🙂
I hope you guys had a great weekend, and I would like to thank those who gave me some suggestions and thank you for reading ♥! I’m always open for suggestions as always, trying my best to keep the blog going as often as possible.
Here is S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow of Chernobyl enjoy!
